fully equipped kitchen; living room with fireplace; bedroom with 2
twin beds; laundry closet with washer and dryer; full bath.

Upper Level: Master bedroom with king bed and adjoining
dressing area - suitable for crib or cot setup; large bedroom with 2 twin beds - suitable for two (2) extra twin bed setup; full bath.

Rear deck: Charcoal Grill, patio set. Enclosed dog run below rear deck.

Lower single car garage: great for stowing bicycles.

Linens, towels, dinnerware and cookware are supplied. Beach chairs and
beach towels are also available.

Additional twin beds, cot  and/or crib are available upon request at an additional fee*

Rooms are equipped with oscillating fans. Air conditioning units are
available at an additional fee**.

Pets are welcome.

Neighborhood abuts Nickerson State Park. Numerous bay-side beaches
nearby (1 to 2 miles). Easy access to Cape Cod Rail and Nickerson
State Park bike trails. Restaurants, shopping, golf, freshwater and
saltwater fishing (discount available for Cape Cod Bay sport fishing
charters).

Rental week is Saturday to Saturday.
Additional fees apply to occupancy over seven (7) persons - see below.

Off Season: October 8 - December 31
$1005 per week
$185 per night (minimum three nights)

*An additional fee of $50 per person applies to occupancy over seven (7) persons. Maximum occupancy is nine persons (adults, children and/or infants).

**Air Conditioning (window units) is available for an additional $150
per week.
