You are directly between and have only a quick drive to both Snow 
Basin and Park City resort areas.  Near Utah's East Canyon resort 
area in the hills south and north respectively - take your pick. 
Our property has MANY EXTRAS not available in other full size 
properties including new carpet, new hand stained solid wood doors, 
new paint, complete modern hickory finished kitchen cabinets, 
literally a 360 degree view from anywhere on the wrap around 
covered porch, fireplace, DVD/VCR, stereo with CD player, washer/dryer, walk in closets in

foosball table. 
Conveniently located near world class ski resorts rated tops in Ski 
Magazine for 2005.  Located on 23 acres of prime view land, if you

Vacation Rental Rates

For groups up to 8:
PEAK winter season 12/15 to 2/28  = $185/night, $1175/week 
VALUE season 11/16 to 12/14, 3/1 to 4/15 = $160/night, $1000/week
Spring, Summer, Fall  4/16 to 11/15 = $175/night,$1100/week
HOLIDAYS:  $260/night, $1,625/week (incl. 7 days before/after)
($10 per person/night charge for more than 8 people)
$500 security deposit. Refunded if no losses or damage. Minimal 
cleaning fee based on group size and length of stay.
2 night minimum non-holiday
3 night minimum holiday
Rates subject to change. Call to confirm rate. 
Add applicable local tax (9% as of 12/1/05) to all rates.
