This Condo and the Summit Resort has everything you will need to
make your vacation one you'll never stop talking or thinking about.
Our condo is located on the 5th floor (unit 511) comes with tile
flooring throughout the unit, a complete kitchen which includes a
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and all cooking
utensils. This Condo is furnished with a King-sized bed, secluded
built-in-bunk beds, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also
cable TV with remote and a DVD/VCR in the living room and bedroom.
This is a Non-Smoking unit but smaoking is permitted outside the
unit. We have great rates and a beautiful condo that you will want
to visit year after year.
Whether you come as a family or as a couple, we hope you'll love it
as much as we do. The Summit has a fantastic relaxing atmosphere
that will bring you back year after year.

This complex features 2 large swimming pools (one heated), 2 kiddie
pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, indoor spa, lighted tennis courts, game
room with pool table and his/her exercise rooms with saunas and
showers. There is also a Tiki hut, Ice-Cream Bar and a Snack Bar.
The Summit Complex is centrally located and in walking distance to
several restaurants, shopping, miniature golf and amusements. Perfect
for two or the whole family.

Less than 1 week notice 1 night room rental will be charged. All
others will be charged a $50.00 cancelation fee.
