This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo was recently renovated. It features tile flooring throughout, new sofas, new kitchen and bath including corian
countertops. The decorating is wonderful and relaxing.  There is a deck off of the master bedroom and the livingroom. The deck has a northern exposure view of the ocean and is just perfect for watching the waves roll in or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Stroll down the private walkway to the beach where you can enjoy lots of room to play. This beach is not crowded like many along the coast. Or maybe you would enjoy just relaxing and taking in the view from the oceanfront pool.

We fell in love with Amelia Island on our first trip and we are sure you will too! This unit is a rare find for those of you travelling with children. We have equipped our condo with a Pack & Play and a Highchair.

Because we are members of The Beach Club At Amelia, our renters can enjoy full access of this private club during their stay. Located just 1 mile up the beach from our condo, it is a beautiful stroll along the beach or a really quick drive. All prices subject to 11% Tax and $100 cleaning fee. All of your
linens and towels are included.
A 20% security deposit is required to reserve your dates. Once you
arrive, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit and will
be returnrd to you within 10 days of your departure if no damage has
occured. Once the security deposit is received, your rental package
is mailed to you. Rental fee including tax and cleaning fee is due
30 days before you are scheduled to arrive.
