April-May $2,200 monthly  or $135 per night .... plus cleaning fee ( two people)

June-Sept-October $1700 monthly or $100 per  night...  plus cleaning fee. This includes all utilites, long distance, HD TV and Internet.

November-December $2000 per month

These prices are for two people...children must be approved.
Holidays and spring breaks slightly higher. Additional cost for more than two people. Cleaning fees may also be higher.

$159 Transfer fee and golf is free! ( for two people)

These rates are for two people. Subject to more fees if additional

Rent must be paid in payments and paid in full no less then 60 days
