Beautiful spacious 1400 square foot first floor, 2 bedroom, 2  
bath, "garden unit" at Siesta Dunes Beach Condominiums, a gulf- 
front, gated, and fully-staffed complex directly on Crescent Beach,  
Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida.  Steps away from pool, hot-tub, deck,  
and beach - no roads to cross. 
 
Our unit is roomy, modern, clean, and very well-equipped.  You'll  
enjoy the privacy and beauty of our garden setting, while at the  
same time being just minutes (a short walk through the complex) away  
from the large circular salt-water pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis,  
expansive sundeck, bbq grills, and of course the georgeous clear  
blue-green waters and the softest whitest sand you'll ever see on  
the Gulf of Mexico.

Vacancies in September, October, November, and December 2008 at $864 per week 
January 16, 2009 - April 30, 2009        $1,494 **  
May 1, 2000 - January 15, 2010           $1,080 * (May - November 2009 discounted to $864 per week) 
 
*  1 week minimum 
**2 week minimum preferred (exceptions at owner's discretion) 
Any discounts apply to parties of 4 or less.
