Amazing new home on South Haven’s North Beach with panoramic views of beach, lighthouse and Lake Michigan from almost every room! This home features 3 bedrooms + a private study that has sleeper study w/upgraded mattress, 2 loft areas w/sleeper sofas. 3 full baths and 1 half bath. The Master Suite occupies the front half of the home on the second level with breathtaking views of the lighthouse and the north beach from the comfort of your bed.
Enjoy your coffee in the morning from one of the three decks. Just before dark exit out the french doors from the master bedroom or the third floor and enjoy one of those famous South Haven Sunsets. There are also 2 additional bedrooms on the second level that share a Jack and Jill bath. One of those bedrooms has a view of the lighthouse!
Additional sleeping accommodations include: main floor private study with a upgraded sleeper sofa and a full bath just steps away; 2nd level loft area has a sleeper sofa & playstation2 (perfect retreat for the kids!); 3rd level also features a sleeper

The weekly rate for the peak season (June 9 - September 8 for 2012) is $7,950 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. The nightly rate for the peak season is $1,290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $180 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate. Our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented. Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration. Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
