Amazing new home on South Haven’s North Beach with panoramic views of beach, lighthouse and Lake Michigan from almost every room! This home features 3 bedrooms + a study, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. The Master Suite occupies the front half of the home on the second level with breathtaking
views of the lighthouse and the north beach from the comfort of your bed.
Enjoy your coffee in the morning from one of the three decks. Just before dark exit out the french doors from the master bedroom or the third floor and enjoy one of those famous South Haven Sunsets. There are also 2 additional bedrooms on the second level that share a Jack and Jill bath. One of those bedrooms has a view of the lighthouse!
Additional sleeping accommodations include: main floor study with a sleeper sofa and a full bath just steps away; 2nd level loft area has a sleeper sofa & playstation2 (perfect retreat for the kids!); 3rd level also features a sleeper
sofa and its own private half bath with breath taking views of lighthouse and Lake Michigan. The 2nd and 3rd level decks have outdoor fireplaces.

vacation rental rates
The weekly rate for the peak season (June 12 - September 11) is $7,500 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. The nightly rate for the peak season is $1,290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $150 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate.
