This amazing home on South Haven’s North Beach offers panoramic views of the beach, Lighthouses and Lake Michigan from almost every room providing you with a front row seat to some of the most memorable sunsets you will experience. Generations of families return to South Haven every year to enjoy Lake Michigan, our beautiful beaches and soak in our amazing sunsets.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beachfront home sleeps 12 and features three decks complete with hot tubs, outdoor fireplaces, gas grills and dining areas. Enjoy your morning coffee, grill dinner, watch an amazing sunset, hot tub or enjoy wine with friends and family in front of a fire from any of the three.

The main floor kitchen, living and dining room features an open floor plan perfect for social gatherings. A study also serves as additional sleeping accommodations with an upgraded sleeper sofa and a full bath just steps away.

The 2nd level includes a large Master Suite with full bath and direct access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with a full view of the lighthouse, share a Jack and Jill bathroom. A living room with sleeper sofa & playstation 2 makes a perfect retreat for the kids!

On the 3rd level you find another large living room with wet bar and ½ bath. This room boasts the best views of the house and opens up to the deck with conversation area in front of an outdoor fireplace. This is sure to be one of the favorite spots of the whole property.

The weekly rate for the peak season (June 9 - September 8 for 2012) is $7,950 (cleaning fee included) plus 6% Michigan sales tax.  The nightly rate for the peak season is $1,290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $200 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 7 days.  Our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. 

The weekly rate for the non peak season is $4,260 (includes cleaning) plus 6% Michigan sales tax.  The nightly rate for the off season is $710 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 2-night minimum stay required and a $200 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented.  Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration.  Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
