Canal Home Lake June Leisure Lakes in Lake Placid

Lake June is just 5 minutes away by boat from our canal home in
Leisure Lakes on the north side of 4000 acre Lake June. This
spacious, 2500 SF house is only 5 years old and like new. It has 3
bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage. The family room in the back
of the house offers a great view of the canal. The dock is covered
and includes a swing for romantic mornings and evenings enjoying the
view. From there you can watch the wildlife, feed the fish or watch
the players on the golf course just on the other side of the canal.

The house is fully furnished and has a TV with DVD and VCR. A
queen size bed is in each of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen includes
all the pots, pans, silverware, plates and cups you will need for up
to 6 people. The kitchen, of course, includes refrigerator, stove,
microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Linens and towels are
included. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
Cable TV is not included. Telephone or internet service is not
included.

Enjoy the great outdoors in this rural, tranquil setting. Explore
the area by boat, canoe, bicycle, or hiking. Across the canal, you
can see 5th hole of the Leisure Lakes Par 3 golf couse, where many
residents start their day. An 18 hole newly renovated golf course is
on the south side of Lake June in Placid Lakes. A community
swimming pool is available for your use (in season) (for a fee) just
across the canal at the par 3 golf couse.
Or maybe you just want to get up early to take your coffee and
sit out on the covered dock and feed the fish. Maybe you'll get
lucky and see the 6' long otter that frequents our piece of the
canal. You decide. This is the place to come to get away and unwind.

November-April $1,400/month 3 Month minimum. Any 2 months,
excluding March, available for $1,600.00/month.
$1000 security deposit required to reserve. First and
last month rent required 30 days prior to rental date. Electirc extra.
 
Use of pontoon or boat lift is not included. No smoking or pets.
