Vacation Rental Description

Leave the noise and college kids at Daytona Beach, and take pleasure 
in staying in the peace and quiet Ponce Inlet has to offer.  This 
first-floor, ocean view, walk-out has new carpets and is nicely 
furnished throughout.  The living room offers a TV/DVD/VCR, and a 
direct walk-out to the beach.  You may never need to leave (aside 
from going to the beach), as the kitchen is fully equipped, 
including a dishwasher, microwave oven, and coffee maker.  You will 
also find clean linens and everything else you expect in your home 
away from home, including a full size washer and dryer.  

Appreciate the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 
master suite, complete with a private bathroom and TV.  Another 
bedroom will allow the kids or guests to sleep in peace.  

Ponce Inlet is a beautiful, non-driving beach that only Central 
Florida can offer.   Within minutes, you can be in the fun and 
excitement of Daytona, while an hour’s drive puts you in the heart 
of Orlando and the major theme parks.

ice maker, full dish set and flatware, full size washer/dryer, TV, 
air conditioning, phone, heated pool on premises.    

Activities and Attractions

Ponce Inlet is a prestigious, upscale community, and offers a 
peaceful, non-driving beach. A must see attraction is the light 
house (a local favorite). There are many ocean and river 
restaurants, with the North Turn Restaurant being just a short 
distance from your front door. Other activities include the Marine 
Science Center, Sun Cruz Casino, surfing, fishing, golf, and 
shopping. The condo is just ten minutes from Daytona Beach. Walt 
Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are all within a 60 
minute drive.

Sept - Dec.   $550 wk     $1200 mth

*Bike Week/Race Week $1200

All rates subject to a 12.5% resort tax and $75 housekeeping fee.
