*Weekly Rate from Mar. 15, '08 to Mar. 28, '08: $1674.75
*Weekly Rate from Mar. 29, '08 to Apr. 11, '08: $1522.50
*Weekly Rate from Apr. 12, '08 to June 27, '08: $1155.00
*Weekly Rate from June 28, '08 to July 4, '08: $1270.50
*Weekly Rate from July 5, '08 to Sept. 5, '08: $1155.00
*Weekly Rate from Sept. 6, '08 to Dec. 17, '08: $892.50

-A $110 Departure Fee which includes Cleaning and Local Telephone 
      will be added
-12% Sales Tax Is Not Included in the Above Rates and will be added
-Special Rates: Discount 10% for stays of 4 weeks or more (excluding 
                     March and April)
                10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday 
                     weeks - Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Easter
                5% will be added for the spiral staircase
