have simple burger or pizza. Cook in or grill out. Burn the
calories afterward by going dancing in it's nightlife which is nearby. Walk the
boardwalk, which includes amusement rides, games, win prizes, but watch
out for the tempting junk food.
Also nearby water sports, swimming, fishing, and crabbing.
Volleyball, golf, or just
sleep all day at the beach.

Full week/7 days is defined as:
Chk In Sat (2pm)
Chk Out Sat (11am)/ No Exceptions

May 30- June 27 - $1000 per week
Jun 27 - September 12 - $1300 per week (call Vincent for more disc)

SAVE -- Rent the entire Season from May 28 to Sept's Labor Day
Weekend for $14,500.

Deposit of 1/2 of the full amount and a signed lease are required to
book.

CANCELLATIONS: The owner has the sole discretion concerning the
refund of any payment.

$300 security is due at check in.
An additional $50 per beach pass is required in addition to the $300 security for damages.
