Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, Unit 1215 in Orange Beach

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club Unit 1215 is a one bedroom, one bathroom, smoke-free, tennis villa on the second floor. It sleeps four with a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. It has an indirect, distant gulf view from the balcony. The view can be seen in one of the pictures. The front door and bedroom overlook the tennis courts. It is decorated with a tropical theme.

We are happy to make exceptions to the check in/out times if we are able. Sometimes we cannot due to others checking in/out and allowing time for housekeeping. Please inquire if you would like an early or late check in/out.

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops. It is within walking distance of Bubba's Seafood and Steak House, Jake's Grill, Adventure Island Amusement Park (bumper boats, mini golf, arcade), and Souvenir City.  The newly rebuilt Alabama Gulf Coast State Pier is nearby and a must see.  Seaside is approximately 1/2 mile from the Foley Beach Express, which will quickly take you back to Foley for a day of outlet shopping. Other Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area attractions include dolphin cruises, jet skis, parasailing, helicopter rides, Waterville Amusement Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and plenty of great seafood restaurants. Also very close to The Wharf which has great shopping, dining and a giant ferris wheel.

Note: The property management agency charges a $15.00 fee for a parking pass per vehicle.
You will not pay this fee directly to us, but will pay it when you pick up your parking pass at the condo office upon arrival.

***NOTICE*** The $100 security deposit will be returned to you after check out as long as there is no damage to the condo. Smoking in the condo, leaving it excessively dirty, evidence of having a pet, or failing to respect the check in/out times will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please have respect for our property and for the comfort of those who will be checking in after you.

We accept payment by money order, cashier's check or through Paypal. No personal checks please. Payment must be made in full before checking in. If you are booking at the last minute, you can instantly pay through Paypal with a credit card or a withdrawal from your checking account. We only accept Paypal for last minute check ins due to the fees that are associated with using it. If you choose to use Paypal, you are responsible for paying those fees as well.
