     This intimate Wild Dunes cottage is located a block away from  
the center of the resort and offers the most picturesque sunset  
views on the entire island.  This home has undergone a complete  
interior renovation.  Everything has been updated to this three- 
story Marsh Island cottage.  The home now offers brand new hardwood  
floors and ceramic tiles in every room.  Each room has been livened  
up with bright and beachy colors.  There are brand new appliances  
throughout the kitchen and laundry rooms, as well as all new  
furnishings in every room of this quaint cottage.  This 3BR/3.5BA  
cottage is slightly off the beaten path offering the most natural  
and pristine setting and the greatest views on the island.  This  
home includes the Wild Dunes sports card that allows full access to  
all of Wild Dunes amenities that are located just steps away.   
Everything will be at your fingertips including restaurants, the  
fitness center, the Boardwalk Inn, bikes, tennis courts, golf,  
pools, and of course the Atlantic Ocean with the prettiest beaches  
on the east coast.   
     There are three bedrooms in this freestanding townhouse style  
cottage.  The master has a King-sized(K) bed along with a full  
bath.  There is also a porch off of the Master overlooking the marsh  
with incredible views of the sunset.  The second room has its own  
bathroom with a Queen-sized(Q) bed.  The third bedroom has 3 twin  
beds as well as its own private bath.   
     This home also has a very large laundry room for all your  
cleaning needs.  The porch has a roll-out retractable awning to pull  
out for shade in the middle parts of the day.  So come and stay in
