Vacation Rental Description

This updated two bedroom, two bathroom 9th floor condo is on the  
widest stretch of beach on Singer Island with views of the ocean,  
inland waterway and Blue Heron bridge. There are stores  
nearby,including a grocery store,retail and restaurants. Sailfish  
Marina is nearby. 
Enjoy the sunrise as you sit on your balcony overlooking the Atlantic  
Ocean and inland waterway or marvel at the moon as it reflects off  
the ocean at night 
  The kitchen was updated in 2006 with a new refrigerator, dishwasher  
and stove.Please note, there is no microwave!  The condo was   
painted and new tile was laid throughout most of the condo. 
The living room sofa and love seat, coffee and side glass tables are  
new.  Hurricane doors and windows were  
installed in 2006.  The condo is equipped with dishes, utensils,  
linens, towels, cable TV’s, stereo and so much more, all you have to  
do is bring your smiles!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phoenix Towers comes with a library, heated pool, on site manager,  
tennis courts and reserved parking.  
There is a free washer and dryer on each  
floor.  
Cabana service is offered on the beach.  
This is a wonderful building,with only four units per floor.These  
condos get rented quickly and renters tend to return each year. 
 

Activities and Attractions

 This centrally located condo community is gated on the street and  
ocean side.   
Easy access to nearby amenities include restaurants within walking  
distance,fishing charters,  
bike,snorkeling, diving, kayak, parasail and boat rentals.  
A grocery store  is approximately two blocks  
away along with other stores.  Palm Beach Gardens  
Mall is about a ten minute drive as is the newly opened Downtown at  
the Gardens(Cheesecake Factory, movie theatres, restaurants, Whole  
Foods, etc) .Other attractions in the Palm Beach area include 
Worth Avenue, City Place,Dreher Park Zoo ,Henry Morrison Flagler  
Museum ,John D. MacArthur State Park ,Moroso Motor Park,  
Rapids Water Park ,Roger Dean Stadium-Cardinals/Marlins Spring  
Training  
 Easy access to many nearby golf courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season - November-April, 1 month minimum rental.Please note: The  
Condo Assoc requires a minimum 30 day lease  
agreement.  No weekly or daily rentals less than 30 days are  
permitted. 
 $3,500/Month in season;  
however, other fees apply for tenants: 
Security deposit of $1500 which will include charges incurred for  
your local and long distance telephone calls and electricity usage. 
10.5% Florida Hotel tax. 
$100. cleaning fee on departure. 
$100.  Mandatory condo association rental application fee.  
$20.   Parking permit-refundable when returned. 
Sorry the condo association allows no pets.  
Sorry We cannot rent to smokers.  
No more than 4-5 people are to stay in the condo.  
Renters must abide by the condo  
association rules.
