Bottom floor end unit condominium with newly remodeled kitchen and 
bath and tile throughout. This is one of only a few units that has 
been remodeled with new appliances, new cabinets and countertops in 
kitchen and bath and tile floors. The end unit also has more windows 
than an interior unit and allows for a more private patio area.
650 Summer Place is just about 100 steps from the beach.

The only thing between you and the water is the newly renovated 
Sawgrass Beach Club facility.  
The Sawgrass beach is one of the most private beaches in Ponte Vedra 
with mostly homes lining the beachfront. 
The beaches in Ponte Vedra are practically unaccessible unless you 
are staying on or near the beach.  This condo is priced comparable 
to a hotel in Ponte Vedra but has a beach access unlike most hotels 
in Ponte Vedra.
