October - $1,200.00 per month plus Electric (Water & Cable included)

November and December, 2007 - $1,500.00 plus Electric (Water & Cable 
included)


2008 Season - Minimum of at least a 3 month rental

January, February, March, April, 2008 - $2,500.00 per month

Special Starting Oct.1, 2007 to Oct.15, 2007:
         Book 3 months or longer for the 2008 Season and pay in full 
by Oct.30, 2007       &     Save 20% off the total rental fee.

Example:  Jan. to March, 2008 should be $7,500.00 in total rent, but 
          if booked and paid in full by Oct.30, 2007, a 20% Discount 
          will bring your total rental fee from $7,500 to
