The lower level has two bedrooms, the family room and a second kitchen as well as a second laundry room. 
Additionally, there is a beach room with a bathroom. Both levels have wrap around decks offering breathtaking 
views. The lower deck features hydraulic stairs to the sandy beach. The Square footage is believed to be 5000.
