Vacation Rental Description

Our ski house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior garage 
door opens to the “hot-tub” room, which opens into the kitchen and 
dining area.  Upstairs is the Master Bedroom, bath and the loft. 
Down the hall off the dining room are the other two bedrooms 
and another bathroom. The living room is off to the right of the 
kitchen past the front door and the washing facilities.  It is a 
comfortable floor plan, nice gathering areas and well-spaced private 
bedrooms.

Loft(semi-enclosed) Fold-up Cot, Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
Two Full Baths
Alarm Clocks in each Bedroom
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Garage – Two Car, with additional parking in front of house
Hot Tub, (large 10-person tub)

Transportation, “The Stage” Free Shuttles around town and to Ski Hills

Activities and Attractions

Winter - There are plenty of winter activities to keep you busy, Dog 
Sledding, Tubing, Sleigh Rides, Snowmobiling as well as FIVE 
wonderful ski resorts within 15 to 25 minutes of the house. Whether 
you downhill or cross country, the snow is some of the best in the 
country. 

Summer - From Bicycling to Train Rides there are many summer 
Activities. Bicycling, Boating, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, Horseback 
Riding, Kayaking, Swimming, as well as Museums, Gold Mine and 
Historical Tours, and Shopping of course!

There are many fine restaurants in town and at the Ski Resorts, 
plenty to chose from. For more activities during the time of your 
visit, summer or winter, check out Recreation, Calendar of Events at 
the Summit Chamber of Commerce.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary from Summer to Winter. 

Winter Rates: (Nov to May)
Nightly    $200.00 – with a 3-night minimum
Weekly   $1,300.00 – 7 days 
Monthly  $3,500.00 - 1 month

Summer Rates: (May to Nov)
Nightly   $100.00 - with a 3-night minimum
Weekly    $700.00 – 7 days
Monthly $2,100.00 - 1 month
Please note, during the SUMMER months the hot-tub is not usually in 
operation. It can be filled and heated at your request, however, 
there is an additional charge of $300.00. A one time charge for the 
duration of your stay.

Cleaning fee of $100.00 (A one time cleaning, upon your departure. 
Fee will be waived if you clean yourselves).
