Vacation Rental Description

This condominium on New Smyrna Beach is one hour from Orlando,
Florida.  The unit is on the third floor, and on the southeast corner
of the building, directly on the beach with a full view of the ocean
from the master bedroom and living room, which both open onto a
balcony.  This premium condominium is family friendly, with games and
toys in the children's  rooms (which can sleep 8), a big screen TV and
immediate access to New Smyrna's beautiful sugar sand beach.  Outdoor
family activities include tennis, swimming, and shuffle board.  The
storage closet contains beach toys, including a surfboard and boogie
boards.  Sunrise views are spectacular.
The living room furniture is new and includes both a pullout queen
size sleeper sofa and a single size pullout love seat.  The TV cabinet
contains a large selection of DVDs.  The cabinets in the kitchen and
bathrooms have been replaced within the past few years.  The kitchen
appliances are only three years old.
There are no cars allowed on this end of the beach, and the sand is
soft and white.  Fishermen often fish from the beach and small fish
abound in the surf.  Dolphins can be seen surfacing farther off.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The two children's rooms have two twin trundle beds and the living
room has a queen size pullout sleeper sofa and  pull out single love seat.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, refrigerator, stove
and range, and coffee maker.  There is a washer and dryer, three TVs,
an XBOx 360 with games, 
and a boom box.

Activities and Attractions

The condominium has two tennis courts, a large pool and a shuffle
board court.

Vacation Rental Rates

December through Memorial Day weekend - $1795/ week (monthly available)
Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend -  $1795/week
September through November - $1465/week (monthly available)
Add to basic rate $85 cleaning, 12.5% Sales & Resort Tax on rent and
cleaning
$25 administrative fee, & $350 refundable security deposit
15% premium for holidays & special events
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday, monthly rentals are 4 wks/28
nights, Saturday to Saturday
