Vacation Rental Description

Very large and well appointed high-bank waterfront home with  
sweeping Puget Sound views and steps through the woods down to the  
sand flats when the tide recedes.  This spacious split level home  
offers 7 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a private setting just 30 minutes  
from the heart of downtown Seattle.  With plenty of space including  
a large living room and big family room, this home provides five  
queen beds and four twin beds.  The large kitchen is fully equipped,  
and the dining table enjoys a spectacular view and seats 14.  This  
home features 2 view decks and a hot tub.   
 
The elevated main floor is light and bright with four bedrooms, each  
with queen beds, including the master bedroom with walk-in closet  
and bath with jetted tub.  Off the bath is a secret deck for soaking  
up sun in complete privacy.  There is an additional full bath on the  
main floor.  The master bedroom, living room and adjacent deck,  
dining room, and kitchen, each enjoy wonderful water views.   
 
The lower level also offers an elevated deck where the hot tub is  
located.  The family room and one of the twin-bedded rooms enjoy  
water views.  Two other bedrooms are located on this floor, one with  
a queen bed, one with a set of bunk beds.  There is a full bath on  
this floor, as well as washer / dryer.   
 
As the tide goes out, the sea floor extends for quite a distance,  
inviting further exploration of the shells and sealife that might be  
left behind.  Overhead you will often hear and see eagles as they  
search the sea, or see blue heron and other wildlife drawn to the  
water.   
 
Home Above the Bay is a comfortable home with plenty of seating,  
lots of all-cotton towels and linens, a fully equipped kitchen and  
gas BBQ, ample outdoor dining space as well as a large indoor dining  
room.  All bedrooms offer TV, most with DVD.  The living and family  
rooms also offer TV / DVD, and the home has wireless internet  
service.  Enjoy this spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed  
waterfront home offering privacy yet easy access to restaurants and  
stores.

Large gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor dining space - all with  
exceptional water views! 
  
Waterfront: This home is located on Puget Sound, overlooking the  
bay. There are steps down through the wooded rear yard to the  
waterfront. When the tide recedes, the tidal flats extend a long  
way, exposing shells and sea-life.
