This place is amazing ! The awesome trip started at the rental office, great greeting staff that made us feel welcome and offered great trip ideas. Then as we entered the grounds we were greeted by beautifully manicured landscaping. Then the condo, huge ! So much room and what a view, super comfortable furniture, not common in rental units.Plus the wife says it is tastefully decorated and makes it feel like home. Alot of closet space, super comfortable beds.Absolutely nothing negative to say about this unit and the grounds surrounding it. This place is amazing and it makes my tireless vacation search in future a non issue, we have found a place to call our home away from home !

Very Disappointed

The first things I noticed upon arrival were lack of balcony furniture, all the blinds (5) were broken, and the carpet was very dirty. The two on the sliding doors were completely inoperable. I contacted the owner who authorized me to purchase chairs for the balcony and told me someone would look at the blinds and clean the carpet. I purchased the chairs, transported the in my SUV and carried them to the unit. This is not the responsibility of the renter. When I left on March 24, the blinds were still broken and the carpet was still dirty. A picture on the owner's website showed drapes at the windows.

During my stay, I became aware of many other problems. The remote control for the DVD player was missing, making it difficult or impossible to watch DVDs. The unit was advertised as having three TVs, but the one in the guest bedroom was not connected to cable. The ice maker on the refrigerator worked, but not the water. The water filter was in the freezer and obviously needed to be replaced. The front of the refrigerator was peeling. A lamp in the master bedroom was broken. The kitchen and both bathrooms were old and in need of renovation. Examples are peeling and chipped paint on the cabinets in the kitchen, a very old, broken trash compacter which should be removed, no finish on the bathroom sinks, worn fixtures, and peeling paint/skim coat on the master bathroom ceiling. The entire unit needs to be painted. A lamp in the master bedroom was broken. One bed in the guest bedroom had a dust ruffle that was dragging on the floor, the other bed had none. The bed covers were not as shown in pictures, and the over all look was shabby. None of the beds had mattress covers.

I did not report these other concerns to the owner because of his failure to respond to my initial complaints concerning the carpet and the blinds.

I would not recommend this unit to anyone.
