This Castle Pines townhouse is a single-level, end unit located in prestigious PGA Village. PGA village is a
golfer's dream destination with three PGA golf courses on site along with the PGA learning center. The learning
center is very unique. It is an all turf practice facility with driving range, pitching areas, sand bunkers, and
putting greens. It's a great opportunity for the beginner and the experienced golfer to either learn the game or
improve their game before getting on the course. There are many other golf course close by as well. For the
non-golfer there is also plenty of activities to keep you busy. The beach entry pool and jacuzzi is absolutely
beautiful and within a short walk from the townhouse. There is a playground by the pool as well as
bathrooms. See activities for more to do. Resturaunts are within walking distance of this townhouse. More
resturaunts, shopping, supermarkets, a movie complex, and a sports center with bowling, batting cages, and
more are just minutes away by car.

This townhouse has a beautiful large master bedroom with a king sized bed and sliding doors which lead to an
enclosed patio equipped with a gas grill and a patio set. The attached over-sized master bathroom features his
and her vanities with a make-up area and a whirlpool bath. The second bedroom located on the opposite side
of the townhouse from the master bedroom has unique elcove windows and a queen sized bed. The second
bathroom is located right next to the second bedroom and has a full sized tub/shower. The fully equipped
kitchen/dining room has hardwood floors and new appliances including an electric flat-topped stove,
dishwasher, refridgerator, microwave, and garbage disposal. The livingroom is also over-sized with three
couches - one of which is a sleeper bed pull-out for the larger family and a second door wall to the enclosed
patio. High speed internet is included along with cable television. There is also a laundry room with a full sized
washer and dryer. A two car garage with a paver driveway completes this beautiful home away from home.

Beaches and fishing at Hutchinson Island is a 30 minute drive. The outlet mall is 25 minutes away in Vero
Beach. Go to Stuart (35 minutes) and pet the sting rays at the oceanography center. The flea market is also in
Stuart. Disney World is 1.5 hours away. The Nasa Space Center is also 1.5 hours away. West Palm Beach
Airport is 45 minutes away. Also, City Place, in West Palm Beach is a new area with waterfront dining, a
beautiful zoo, boutiques and museums. Miami is 2 hours away. Port St. Lucie is in the middle of all these
attractions and close to I-95. Also within minutes you can go to Tradition Field, home of the Mets spring training
and farm team.
