Vacation Rental Description

moon rises await you at  The Stone Cottage.  Tucked among lush acres 
of trees on the side of a moutain, this high quality,  exceptional 
getaway is minutes from downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate and 
the Blue Ridge Parkway.  

     The interior design was created by the artist/owner.  In 
addition to being surrounded by the beauty of nature, the inside of 
this unique retreat is tastefully furnished with verrrrrrrry cool 
original paintings, pottery, and sculpture that is guaranteed to 
make you smile!!!

     Wild turkeys (who saunter across the driveway), swooping hawks, 
CArolina wrens, and pileated woodpeckers will add to the music of 
your visit.  Enjoy coffee on the large, breezy deck.  Curl up with a 
book in front of the stone fireplace in the cathedral ceiling great 
room.  Each bedroom has a private bath.

     All the privacy of The Stone Cottage is conveniently located 
three minutes from  a grocery store, restaurants, and the 
interstate.  Nearby golfing, biking, hiking, the visual and 
performing arts will add to the fun of your stay.

Downtown Asheville is known for its great restaurants, book stores,

hiking trails are within one hour of Asheville. Biking, golf, 
skiing, canoeing, kyaking,rafting, swimming, the Blue Ridge Parkway, 
are close by. Visit the Victorian greenhouse at the Biltmore Estate. 
The visual and performing arts are abundant.  Galleries by the 
dozens!!  Many great clubs with a diversity of music. Have a glass 
of Biltmore Estate wine on The Stone Cottages' spacious deck or at 
the Grove Park Inn.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season (Jan-Mar):  $170 per night, $975 per week, $1895 per mth  
(Two night minimum). 

High Season (Apr-Dec):  $1090 per week, $185 per night, (Sat-Sat 
rentals preferred during peak summer months) Inquire for reduced 
monthly rates. 

6.75% NC Sales Tax, $75 Cleaning fee.
