vacation rental description
Single family lakehouse on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Ideal
location about 3 miles from downtown Ithaca and just south of Ithaca
Yacht Club. Heavily wooded 1.5+ acre lot providing gorgeous views
and privacy. Drive to the door of the house via paved driveway.
Three bedrooms in main house, including huge master.
Separate bunkhouse with bunk beds. Two full baths, Jacuzzi tub,
new fully equipped kitchen and new master bath. Large living room
and eat in kitchen.
We treat this like a second home and it is maintained as such. It
is warm and inviting, with some of the best vistas on the lake; a
one of a kind location.
Occupancy is limited to 6 people total, non-smokers; no pets are
permitted.

Outdoor Gas Grill, all new kitchen appliances, sound system with CD player, XM radio and outside speakers, cable TV with DVD and VCR, high speed wireless Internet, boathouse with use of 2 kayaks, patio on the lake adjacent to the boathouse, 2 outdoor fire pits, picnic table, ping pong table, horse shoe pit, and new washer and dryer. Towels and linens provided.

Swimming and kayaking in beautiful Lake Cayuga; dock with swim ladder. Seven minute drive to downtown Ithaca. Five minute drive to: Downtown Ithaca, Cass Park, The Hanger Theater, Taughannock Park and Taughannock Falls. Short walk to Glenwood Pines Restaurant. Ten to fifteen minute drive to the Cayuga Wine Trail. Fifteen minutes from Cornell.

Lucky Duck Cottage rents by the week (six nights)only, with the exception of graduation and reunion weekends, at the rate of $2400.00 per six-night week.
10:00am Saturday check-in to Noon Friday check-out.
50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made; the balance (also non-refundable) is due 30 days before taking possession.
Graduation & Reunion Weekends: $1000 per night (3 night minimum).
Security Deposit of $500.00 due 30 days before taking possession; will be refunded providing no damage is done to the property or its
contents, and the property is clean and in the same condition as it
was in at check-in time. A signed rental agreement is required.
