heated pool in private, fenced in back yard (with a child safety 
fence for your security). Relax on the outdoor veranda and listen to 
the sound of the ocean. (The beach is c. 100 yards from house - so 
close you can see it from the yard and from a few of the windows) 
Prices are quoted for family rentals. Discounts are available for 1-
2 people rentals.
