Intra-Coastal waterway to the rear and sits on the beautiful Atlantic 
Ocean in the front. The deck offers expansive views that are 
unparalleled. Nothing but ocean! The interior has been totally 
repainted in 2007 with new Berber rugs in the bedrooms and beautiful new 
ceramic tile in the baths,kitchen,dining and living room areas. The 
furnishings are entirely new with king bed with ocean views, in the 
master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. View the wall 
hung, flat screened T.V.s in each room. This unit also has new 
washer/dryer and fully equiped kitchen.No smoking,No pets please.

Jan,Feb,March,April...........$3000/month
May through August............$1500/month
Sept.through December.........$2000/month

All rates are subject to 11.5% state and local tax.
$500 Security deposit is required.(refundable)
$100 cleaning fee is required.
One month minimum rental is required.
Rental is confirmed with a half months deposit.Balance due 45 days 
prior to move-in.
A rental application and lease will be sent once the half months 
deposit is received and must be returned with required $100 app.fee.
Linens are provided.
No smoking, No pets please.
