A Vacation At The Beach!!!! Doesn’t that sound like fun? 

Need to cool off?  Need to warm up? 

Come to San Diego and enjoy "America's Finest City". The only place 
in America with better weather is Hawai'i!! San Diego’s average 
temperature is in the 60's - 80’s year round!! Truly "California’s 
Hidden Gem". 

Check the availability calendar. If your dates are not available, we 
may be able to accommodate you at our other condo on Redondo Ct. near 
the ocean. 

Location! Location! Location!

Location in San Diego. 
Mission Beach is a unique California beach 
town. It’s a peninsula of high priced real estate surrounded by the 
Pacific Ocean on the west side and Mission Bay Park on the east. Two 
very different worlds and only a block apart! The Boardwalk and the 
beach on the Pacific Ocean is active, fun and busy. Body surf, board 
surf, boogie board, jump the waves, search for shells, build a 
sandcastle or just walk along the seashore. In contrast, quiet and 
serene Mission Bay offers another world - sail, kayak, swim, picnic 
and play tennis. You can ride bikes (included) or walk, run or skate 
on miles of ocean and bayfront sidewalks. Your choice. Enjoy it all!!

Location in Mission Beach. 
Our very cute (and very new) one bedroom, one bath condo is located 
on the bayside of Mission Boulevard, on the corner of Redondo Court 
and Bayside Lane in North Mission Beach. Where’s Redondo Court? 
Redondo Court is right in the middle of North Mission Beach - about 
halfway between the historic roller coaster at Belmont Park and the 
famous Crystal Pier - so it’s the perfect location in Mission Beach. 
Mission Bay is only 30 steps from the condo. You can see the bay from 
the living room window and the front entrance deck of the condo. It 
is not direct bayfront and that’s why the price is very affordable!! 
But don’t forget - you’re only 30 steps to Mission Bay and a short 
block to the ocean. Location, Location, Location!! 

Take those 30 steps to the bay and watch the Sea World fireworks 
every night at 9:30pm in the summer!! Very fun. Prefer to play at the 
ocean? The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean are a short block west.

Location near stores, restaurants & bars. 
The condo is an easy three minute walk to a small market and there 
are tons of restaurants, bars and local shops within a two block 
radius. You can rent rollerblades at Cheap Rentals, just a block 
away. Ralph’s Supermarket (discount card included) is five minutes by 
car or 10 minutes by bike. Costco is a 15 minute drive.

Bayside Lane Condo - What's inside?  
Be one of the first guests to enjoy this newly renovated condo! Looks 
like a model home! Located on the second floor of a small building of 
six condos, we bought the only one with a bay view. It was a condo 
conversion which means that the building was purchased by a developer 
who gutted it and put everything new inside. New granite countertops, 
all new kitchen cabinets, beautiful wood floors, all new bathroom. We 
added plantation shutters on all the windows and a mirrored wall so 
you can see reflection of the Mission Bay inside the condo. All the 
furnishings are new and it looks like a model home. Since the condo 
has a view of "Sail Bay", we used a "sailing" motif with all the new 
furnishings. Very cute. Check out the pictures!

The condo is about 450 square feet with a separate bedroom and bath. 
In the living room, there’s a sofa sleeper and a glass dining table 
with a view of the bay. There’s also an entertainment center with a 
very cool LCD TV (only one inch deep), DVD player, CD player and 
radio. Bring your favorite movies and music or enjoy a few classics 
that we keep at the condo. Just in case you get tired of all that 
sunshine at the beach, there are books and plenty of games. No 
smoking inside but smoking is ok on the balcony.

The bedroom has a super comfy NEW queen bed with good quality linens, 
pillows and comforter. The bathroom has a tub and shower with a 
really good showerhead (nothing more important than a good shower!). 
And, we found a curved shower curtain rod and hookless shower curtain 
just like in the upscale hotels! You’ll find plenty of towels and a 
built-in hairdryer. We even include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel 
and body lotion!!

Enjoy early morning coffee on the front entrance deck or grab a beach 
chair (included) and gel out on the sand. A funky BBQ is located at 
the bottom of the stairs and we’ve provided BBQ equipment.

Parking
The condo includes one numbered, reserved parking space. That’s a 
VERY important benefit!! Parking is scarce at the beach and it’s nice 
to know you have your very own numbered parking space!! Reserved 
parking is for ONE car. NOTE: The parking spot will easily 
accommodate a medium to large size car but huge trucks and SUV’s may 
not fit. There is additional free parking on Santa Clara Point which 
is available on a first come basis. We don’t recommend you bring more 
than one car because you will have trouble finding parking on the 
street.

If you haven't vacationed in San Diego, you're in for a treat! If you 
are a repeat visitor, you already know why San Diego is known 
as "America's Finest City". It’s “California’s Hidden Gem” with mild 
weather year ‘round. Actually, the only place in America with better 
weather is Hawaii!!. Which reminds me, check out our very cute condo

We’ve tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, 
fun filled time at the beach. No kidding. Check out all that is 
included!! For us internet nuts, high speed internet is included!! 
Just hook up and start surfing! Free local phone service is 
available. Bring your cell for long distance calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove 
and oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, 
plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. There 
are also spices, coffee, tea, kitchen towels, pot holders, napkins, 
place mats, paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, dish soap. 
There’s even margarita and martini glasses! Just bring your food and 
drinks!! 

Headed for the beach? Grab the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, 
boogie boards and beach umbrella - all included!! There's even two 
very cool beach cruiser bikes!!

22 minutes Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo.
40 minutes north to the Wild Animal Park and Legoland. 

In the summer, try your luck at the Del Mar Horse Racing 
Track - just 20 minutes north. 

Public Transportation. 
If you don't want to rent a car or want to just leave your car 
parked, there is good bus service on Mission Blvd. that can get you 
all over San Diego and also connects to the red trolley. Take the red 
trolley to PETCO Park, our new baseball field downtown, or to 
Tijuana, Mexico.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sep 10 - Jun 10 .. $145/night for 2 guests. 4 night minimum. 7th 
night free

Jun 10 - Sep 09 .. $1400/week. Saturday to Saturday weekly in summer

Children under 12 are free. 3rd & 4th guest is $10 per person per day 
additional.

$50 cleaning fee is paid with your final payment.

Prices do not include 10.5% San Diego tax.
4 maximum including all children.

A refundable $300 security deposit is collected at check-in.

Deposit and full payment can be made with personal check, VISA or 
Mastercard.
