Watch the sun rise over the OCEAN from the screened southeast balcony of this third floor penthouse 
property. The great-room, kitchen and master bedroom all have wonderful ocean views. The guest rooms 
face the west, with views of the Intercoastal Waterway, including the beautiful SUNSETS.

The spacious, open concept, 2000 square foot interior is newly furnished and can accommodate up to 6 
people. The KING Master Suite, TWIN Guest Suite and Den with QUEEN sofa bed, each have their own 
full ensuite bathrooms. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with new GE Profile stainless 
steel appliances and granite countertops. There are two eating areas - dining room adjacent to the 
great room and a kitchen dinette. The unit is fully stocked with towels, linens and all kitchen 
equipment. 

This guest condo is located at Ocean Grande, an upscale, gated community on the west side of highway 
A1A in South Ponte Vedra Beach - 45 miles south of Jacksonville and a brief 10 minute drive to St. 
Augustine. The gardens, ponds and fountains are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The 
neighbors are friendly, but respectful of each others privacy.

The beautiful private sandy beach and the 5 Star Serenata Beach Club are just a five minute walk 
from Ocean Grande. Temporary membership to the club is included in the rental fee.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condominium amenities include: full sized washer and dryer; wine cooler; one car garage; elevator; 
screened balcony; gas fireplace; TV and DVD in great-room; TV's in all 3 bedrooms; cable; high speed 
internet. There are tennis courts and a community cabana on the Ocean Grande property.

Serenata Beach Club amenities include: adult pool and spa; heated family pool; fitness center; 
organized optional activities; gourmet dining, inside and on the patio; a private beach with chairs 
and sun umbrellas. 

Activities and Attractions

All located within WALKING DISTANCE: quiet sandy beach; beautiful swimming pools; spa/hot tub; 
fitness center; tennis courts; excellent ocean fishing. 

Within a 5 MINUTE DRIVE to the north is the incredible GUANA STATE PARK AND WILDLIFE REFUGE, with 
hiking/biking trails, waterways for kayaking, nature center. Five minutes to the south is the sleepy 
seaside town of Vilano Beach with its fishing pier and access to parasailing and other active water 
sports. 

Within a 10 MINUTE DRIVE to the south the quaint city of St. Augustine (OLDEST CITY IN THE COUNTRY)
is waiting to engulf you in the fascinating story of its 400 plus years of history. The "Old City" 
is guaranteed to become a frequent and favorite destination with it's historic landmarks and 
attractions, many shops and abundant dining spots. 

There are many golf courses, including the World Golf Center, both north and south of Ocean Grande. 
A hugh outlet mall(300 stores) is just 20 minutes away. The beautiful city of Jacksonville, with its 
many shopping malls, restaurants and waterfront is a brief 45 minute drive. Walt Disney World in 
Orlando is 2 hours by car.
