Large heated community pool& spa is 80 steps from your door!  Plush  
clubhouse has a fitness center available to condo residents 24/7.   
Covered reserved parking space is right next to unit, extra parking

The 101 Freeway is 2 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport is about 20  
minutes, multitudes of golf courses nearby, Fashion Square and  
Kierland are just a quick hop too! Neighborhood shops include 4  
groceries, famous Chompies Deli, Ballys Fitness Center, about 55  
restaurants, Pier 1, a PGA superstore and so much more.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to AJ's fine grocery store, deli & cafe - a local  
highlight!  Restaurants run the gamut from IHOP to fine dining, all  
within minutes of home.  Famous McCormick Ranch recreation greenbelt,

Vacation Rental Rates

Available Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec of 2008  &  April, May and all the rest of 2009. 
Perfect winter rental for only $2300/mo.  Pets under 40lbs. welcomed  
with a $200 pet deposit tnat is refundable if no extra cleaning or  
repairs are required.  All appliances including washer & dryer, fully  
equipped kitchen, plush linens on master bed (queen) and also for  
sofa bed (queen)in living room.  $200 cleaning deposit is non- 
refundable, Security deposit of $1000 is refundable based on  
condition of property.  Dec-May rentals include  cable, local  
phone service, DSL and  
everything else, including large, heated community pool, spa, fitness  
center and grills.     
 
May - Nov. rent is $1000/mo, electric, phone and cable are not  
included for off season lease.
