rentals include:   2 TVs with 99 cable channels, local phone service, DSL, router and everything else, including large, heated community pool, spa, fitness center and grills.

One winter month is $2200, a real deal in this plush complex! May - Nov. rent is $1000/mo, electric, phone and cable are not included for off season lease or long term lease.   We will include utilities for shorter summer stay for $1200/mo and cap of $100 for electric (that does cover normal use of a/c for 2 adults.)

Pets are welcome with a $200 refundable fee.  Cleaning fee is $200 and is not refundable.  Condo will be spotless for you!
