Modern 3200 square foot home with all the extras; beautiful library, 
3 tv's, 5 decks, 2 baths (one with an English soaking tub), plus a  
gang shower for sandy feet coming back from the beach, exteria 
jacuzzi and in- ground swimming pool, 3 charming 
bedrooms, two gas log fireplaces, beautiful kitchen with gas grill 
embedded in the fireplace, casual dining inside and out, beautiful 
ocean views, seven miles of sandy beach accross the street. Just 30 
minutes north of Kennebunkport, 15 minutes south of Portland 
International Jetport and historic waterfront shops and restaurants, 
just 25 minutes south of Freeport famous outlet shops and LL Bean. 
Three miles north of historic Old Orchard Beach pier and amusement 
park. 

In the fall, the most breathtaking foliage, warm oceans, harbor 
seals, low and intense sun, deserted beaches. Foliage train tour in town of Bath, along the shore.

No pets please.

This home does not include the attached caretaker's quarters. Caretakers may or may not be in 
residence during your stay.
