Additionals: Refundable Security Deposit $1500; Cleaning fee $250. This is a non-smoking home. No pets allowed. A booking fee of $250 will be taken at time of reservation which is used towards the cleaning fee. Rent is due 90 days before arrival. Security Deposit due 2 weeks before arrival. 3 night minimum stay.
