At The Beach- Oceanfront/ Best Deck on the Beach! in St Augustine

"Loved your house ... want to come back". Those are the comments we
hear from our guests. At The Beach is a wonderful home with the
Atlantic Ocean & Beach as
it's back yard and Guana River State Park across from the front
yard. This home has a great beach location - no driving allowed on
this private beach - yet it is close to many activities!
*10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine for sightseeing and
shopping in the oldest city in our country or 15 minutes to Ponte
Vedra/TPC Sawgrass for golf and shopping.
*Our deck has been described as "best private deck right on the
beach" by those who have stayed with us.
There is a den on the first floor with TV.
Second floor has a newly installed, large flat screen TV in great room  for evenings at home with VCR/DVD...overlooking beach and ocean.  Plenty of movies on hand.
*Plus, king size beds in two bedrooms, both with TVs.  Third bedroom has a
bunk bed with double bottom and fourth bedroom has a
Trundle Bed (two twins). And we'll provide two air beds
for the kids in one of the spacious family rooms...so the home sleeps 8 or 10 with small kids.
*Optional Serenata Beach Club usage (1 1/2 miles) including 2 large
pools,fitness center, jacuzzi and fabulous restaurant for an
additional fee of $190 for the whole group.
RENTERS COMMENTS:

backyard. Deep sea fishing charters and historical adventures in St.
Augustine are just 15 minutes away from the house.
TPC Sawgrass golf course and World Golf Village offer several
opportunities for great golf experiences. Shopping, fine dining,
sightseeing and many other activities are close by.

Weekly/Monthly Rates:
Sept - Dec/March...... $1,900/week ($5,000/month)
April - Aug ................ $2,300/week ($8,000/ month)

Jan/Feb .....................$1700/week ($4000/month)
Daily Rates - $350 per night with a 3 night minimum
*$150 cleaning fee
*Add FL 10% tax
*Add $300/ week for Christmas, New Years, TPC, Gator Bowl and
July 4th weeks
*Optional Serenata Beach Club Membership = $190 weekly for group
Large parties or weddings require extra charge.
