Cozy Retreat in Cambridge

For Families:
The Cozy Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Elizabeth in
Cambridge. This cabin-like home is the perfect place to getaway
from busy lives, yet still only 28 miles north of Anoka, MN. The
Cozy Retreat has three bedrooms and sleeps 12. All linens and towels
are provided. The kitchen comes with a stove, refridgerator,
microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot and coffee
pot as well as all the dishes and pots and pans necessary. The
living room boasts panoramic views of Lake Elizabeth and a gas
fireplace. This property also has full laundry facilities. Outside
you'll find a firepit for bonfires. We also have a canoe that is
available for your use. We have dish network, VCR and DVD player
complete with lots of family videos and dvds, and a
new version of ATARI Flashback video game system.
For Scrapbookers:
Our cabin is also available for scrapbooking and other craft weekend
getaways. We offer eight foot tables (2 people at each table) and comfortable folding chairs.
We have a variety of scrapbooking tools
such as the Cricut with several cartridges, Quickutz and Zip-e-mate
and many, many die cuts to choose from. We built a ramp off the
deck so you can easily roll your craft bags into the Cozy Retreat
with ease. We also have several stamp sets and inks from both Close
To My Heart and Stampin' Up. There are many different tools from Creative Memories and others
available, too many to mention! Come and check us out!

We now have air conditioning in the living room and in one of the
bedrooms. Fans are available in the other two bedrooms.
We have a picnic table, two lounging chairs, 4 black iron lawn chairs, and two benches around the
fire pit.
Included in your stay is the use of a 2007 pontoon. The
pontoon holds up to 12 guests and comes complete with lifejackets, first aid kit and fire
extinguisher.
An additional waiver must be signed if you plan on using the pontoon.
Guests over 21 with a valid driver's license are permitted
to drive the pontoon.
We also offer a massage therapist to come to the cabin with all the
supplies necessary to give you a great massage. Treat yourself to a

Things you should bring: Charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, personal belongings (toothpaste,
toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, blow dryer, curling irons, etc), bait for fishing and some people
prefer to bring their drinking water.

$500.00 for weekends Friday through Sunday and all other 2 night, 3 day reservations. Daily rate is
$250 a night or $1000 for a week (7 days). Ask about specials for return visitors.
To make a reservation, please call Paula to verify the dates you want resrved. Then send your name,
address, phone number, dates requested and number of guests and children's ages with a $100 damage
deposit made out to The Cozy Retreat at 4027 220th Ave NW in Oak Grove, MN 55303. You will pay the
rental amount when you meet at the property and receive the keys. If there aren't any damages to the
property when you leave, you will receive your damage deposit back in full within 14 days. If you
fail to show up, your damage deposit will be forfeited.
Check in and out times are flexible and will be discussed during registration.
Pontoon Rental is included. You will need to call for directions.
