Long Lake Waterfront Luxury- Sleeps 13 in Naples

This newly remodeled in 2005, Architect designed home is a Long Lake
Dream! Located one mile from the Naples Causeway and the town beach.
It sits on it's own private 100 'waterfront with just a few steps
into the water which is a sandy 2 feet deep at entry, and a small
clean sandy beach (depends on lake level). With a permanent dock,
and a provided canoe to explore the lake, you can spend your
afternoon boating one of Maine's most famous recreation lakes. There
is a Grill / fireplace at the waters edge for evening bonfires and a
nice grass yard to run and play, or relax with a book. The house has
brand new furnishings, VCR, DVD, and Cable TV, Washer & Dryer (available with full rental only). BECAUSE THIS WATERFRONT HOME SLEEPS 13 PEOPLE IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR TWO FAMILIES TO SHARE! Fabulous stone
fireplace in the living room, and large picture windows overlooking
the waterfront. Walk to Rick's Cafe or Causeway Landing for lunch,
rent Jet Ski's at the Causeway, or walk down for an ice cream in the
afternoon sun. NO SMOKING. PETS OK WITH $300 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE, PER PET PER WEEK.

Vacation Rental Amenities:
Brand New 4BR, 2 BATH (2nd bathroom available - see below). Sleeps
13. Bedroom # 1: Queen bed, Bedroom # 2: Full bed and twin bed,
Bedroom # 3: Full Futon bed, 2 Bunk beds and twin bed.

Blankets are provided.
Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dishwasher, Lobster Pot, Microwave,Toaster, Coffee Maker, Fireplace, ceiling fans in all rooms. Washer & Dryer (available with full rental only).
Cable TV, VCR,DVD, games, cards, Outdoor Furniture, Gas Grille,
Picnic table at waters edge, Brick fireplace at waters edge, large
deep water Dock, small private Sandy Beach (depends on lake water
level)! Private parking. CANOE, PADDLES AND LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED.

NOTE: Semi-finished Basement which has a 3/4 bath, futon bed, Carpeted
floors, Ping Pong Table, stone fireplace and washer & Dryer  can be rented for an additional fee of $350 per week. Basement remains vacant and with no access to washer or Dryer if not rented by you.

Activities and Attractions
Swimming, Boating, Fishing, virtually any and all watersport
activites on Long Lake, Brandy Pond and Sebago lake (all are
connected by water). Take your boat or our Canoe (provided)
to the Naples town dock and eat at one of the many restaurants, or
go shopping for antiques. Loads of Antique Dealers in Bridgton,
Harrison, Norway and Naples. Hiking and Cycling in the Mountains
(Shawnee Peak is just 15 minutes away). Outlet Shopping in
nearby "tax free" Conway NH.
The Causeway in Naples (10 minute walk or 1 minute by boat) has
everything for the kids; Arcade games, Library, Sea-plane
rides,Riverboat Cruises, Shopping and lakefront Restaurants. There
is Live Theater at Deertrees in Harrison or try the Bridgton Twin
outdoor drive in Theatre - just like the old days!
In the fall you will enjoy the best Fall colors in New England,
and the famous Fryeburg Fair in nearby Fryeburg. Sit by the fire and
take in the amazing views with the fall colors reflecting off the
peaceful, calm lake. It just doesn't get any better than this!

Vacation Rental Rates
Off peak; May 7 -June 11.........$1,550.00/wk
Peak; June 11-Sept 10...........$2,500.00/wk
Off peak; Sept 10-Nov 19 .............$1,550.00/wk (except 10/1-10/8 Fryeburg Fair week)
October 1-October 8..................$1,775/wk.
Weekend Spring/Fall only.......$850.00/weekend (when available)
Winter Rates: November - May/June .....$950 per month plus
utilities.
Weekly rental is 7 night rental, Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in after 3:00pm, check-out before 10:00 am
Listed rates Do Not include $300 refundable damage deposit, cleaning
fee ($85 to $110) and required 7% Maine state tax. No Smoking allowed in the
cottage. One Pet (dog or cat) allowed for an additional non-
refundable fee of $300.
If Tenant cancels after receipt of deposit, prior to 120 days before
arrival, all money will be returned minus a $200 processing fee. In
the event of a cancellation within 120 days or
less before arrival, the tenant forfeits the full rental fee.
