Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy the spectacular view on the 7 th floor of this beautful gated community at Waterside  
IV . Our Condo is located at the South End of the Island on the Back Bay where schools of Dolphins  
playing are a sight to see. 
 
 The front balcony offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico while the oversized Lanai  
overlooks the pool and the Back Bay.The Condo has a large Master Bedroom with a kingsize bed, t/v,  
walk-in closet and master bath w/jacuzzi. The 2 nd Bedroom has two twin beds, while the Den has a  
pull out sofa bed. Of course the Living Room opens up with a full window view of the Back Bay that  
also has a 32 inch t/v located in an entertaiment center. The laundry room has a full size washer  
and dryer with sink. 
 
  The complete Unit has that Tommy Bahama feel to it, which is so Florida. Every bedroom is carpeted  
with the rest of the Condo tiled for ease care. 
  
  Condo was built in 2003.
