Queen sleeper in den (den has doors), a screened lanai in front and 
rear, washer & dryer in unit, eat-in kitchen, garage - and only 
steps to the pool.  Master bedroom has king bed, guest bedroom has 
twins, 3 TV's (cable), VCR-DVD, CD player, hair dryer, microwave, 
dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and kitchen 
items. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy all of the amenities at popular Stoneybrook Golf & Country 
Club.  Stoneybrook is a gated complex featuring a driving range, 
putting green, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, Pro Shop, heated 
swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, and a beautiful club house 
featuring gourmet dining, grill & bar, and more.  Enjoy our famous 
Sunday Brunch.

Activities and Attractions

The Arthur Hills designed golf course is a challenging Par 72.  
Stoneybrook is a gated complex, convenient to shopping, Westfield 
Mall, Beaches, restaurants, and Sarasota's theaters and many 
cultural activities including Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine, 
Van Wezel & Asolo Theaters, Opera, Ballet, Botanical Gardens - and 
much, much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary according to month and length of lease.  Discounts for 3 
months or more.  Minimum rental period is one month.

January $3200; February $3700; March $3800; April $2700; May to 
October $1500; November $1900; December $2700.

There is a $100 exit cleaning fee, 7% FL Sales Tax, 4% Tourist Tax, 
$750 security deposit, $200 Member Transfer Fee (payable to Club).  
Golf fees are $37 Jan - March; $27 Nov, Dec, Apr; $17 May - Oct.
