Vacation Rental Description

This vacation rental is located in a brand new development in 
Kapolei. Great views of the city of Honolulu and Diamond Head and 
overlooking the Kapolei Golf Course. This Craftsman style home is in 
a quite neighborhood. Just down the street there is a Private Park 
with two playgrounds. 
This beautiful 2400 sq. ft. home has four elegant bedrooms and 2.5 
baths. Upstairs there are four bedrooms including the master suite 
that has a king size bed with a gorgeous view and its own bathroom 
suite. All the other three bedrooms have queen size beds. Also 
upstairs is a second living room, computer area and an extra queen 
size bed for a maximum of 10 guests.
This home has a great floor plan of an spacious open kitchen with an 
island, laundry room, dining area combined with the family room 
which features a 65 inch big screen TV. You can also relax and enjoy 
the tropical flagstone backyard with the gorgeous Swimming Pool.  
Minutes away are Safeway grocery store, restaurants, shopping 
centers and the H-1 Freeway. Only five minutes drive from Ko'Olina Resort and 
lagoons, beaches, Barbers Point Navel Base (commissary and gas 
station/mini mart) 20 minutes from the Airport, 30 to 40 minutes 
from Waikiki away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Five minutes drive to Ko'Olina- Oahu's most spectacular resort, which 
offers world class golf, luxurious spa, dining, 43 acre marina, 
Island's best luau-Paradise Cove, 4 public lagoons/beaches with 
breathtaking views. Just 3 minutes away is the Hawaiian Water 
Adventures Park, brand new skateboard park and our very own Kapolei 
shopping center with great restaurants such as Chili's, Outback 
Steakhouse and Pizza Hut. Also features Japanese, Korean, Chinese, 
Thai, Filipino and Italian cuisines. Safeway, K-mart and a 16 plex 
movie theater nearby. A short 10 minute drive to Costco and the 
Waikele Premium Outlet Mall where you can shop at Coach,
Brooks Brothers and Saks Fifth Ave. stores just to name a few.

November-February   $350/day   $2300/week   $6000/month

March-May           $325/day   $2200/week   $5500/month

June-August         $350/day   $2300/week   $6000/month

September-October   $325/day   $2200/week   $5500/month  

Major Holidays & Events: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's, Pro Bowl and LPGA Tour weekly rate is

Cleaning Fee $299.00
Security Deposit of $600.00 - to be refunded within 10 days from the
checkout date as long as no missing items or damages to the property.

Initial deposit of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of the reservation. This amount is non 
refundable and will go towards the rental cost. The remaining balance will be due 45 
days prior to your check in date. 

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Please inquire if 
another time is more convenient.
