Dear Mr. Lewis,

Thank you for allowing us to “play” at your lovely vacation home. It is truly a magnificent place. The sunsets were spectacular. If we were out it was our goal to return to see the sun set! Although the house was built during certainly simpler time, it was really fun to experience some of the glamour of that era.

We met some of the locals and they made us feel very much at home and furnished us with fresh oranges & tangerines from their grove.

It was a most pleasant Florida vacation.

Jack and I enjoyed your lake house. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and historic. We rested, met a few people, and fished a little. We would see it would be perfect for a family of 10 or 2 like us!.

We enjoyed very much the beautiful Lake Broward and the sunset. We also enjoyed the comfort and ambiance of this lovely home. The kitchen was a dream to work in with all of the modern appliances.

Oh my God. I can’t express what a wonderful feeling stepping into your gracious home.It’s our first day here in Pomona Park Fl. We are part of the party from Colorado. This won’t be the last time you hear from me. Our stay here was or has become one of our favorite memories. We have seen more of Florida than all of our other trips. We celebrated our anniversary by sitting out at the deck and enjoying our time. Thanks so much for giving me that small gift, and look forward to returning.

 There were 8 of us and we all loved the place. I don’t know which was more fun? Going to the 500 or staying at the house. The entire experience from the beginning when I found the picture of the house to the first time we pulled up to the front and said our BIG “WOWS”. I now feel that I am leaving my grandmas house of many years ago. So happy to be here and so sad to leave.

Rental Policies

A wonderful getaway. Monthly rates available, inquire via email or phone. If rental is paid in FULL with a credit card at the time of reservation a $100.00 dollar discount is given to the renter(PERTAINS TO WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY). A $125 fee for clean up service after departure.

The security deposit is $500 to reserve this spectacular waterfront estate if paying by check. If paying with a credit card the required $500 security deposit is waived. We will keep your card on file and there will no charges unless damages have been incurred. (That has only happened once in 4 years so we no longer require an advance cash security.)

Deposit is 100% fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days prior to beginning rental date if paid by check. After that date it is non-refundable. If you pay by credit card in full and the deposit was waived, and a cancellation occurs within the 30 days prior to beginning rental, a $500 charge to your credit card will be applied.
