Vacation Rental Description

Sunny and bright 2 bedroom/2 bath with spectacular southern exposure  
of palms, golf course and lake views. Split  
floor plan offers space and privacy. Two balconies and a screened  
lanai offer wonderful views and no bugs.  Enjoy the sunsets over the  
lake! This unit is on the second floor with stair and elevator  
access, and is within walking distance of the Clubhouse which has a  
restaurant, work-out room, tennis and golf. The beautiful Beach Club  
is on the Ocean and is 10 minutes away. 
 
The unit is very attractive and very nicely equipped, including a  
plasma TV, washer and drier. The Master bedroom has a King bed, a  
walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom.  The Guest bedroom has two  
twins, and a spacious walk-in closet.  Both bedrooms have French- 
door access to the lanai, their own balcony, and TV. A pull-out couch  
in the living room can sleep two. There is a covered carport for  
your vehicle and some outside covered storage. This unit is Non  
Smoking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Grand Harbor is a beautiful exclusive gated community with great  
amenities.  The spectacular Club House is the center of activities,  
offering dining, ladies' and mens' cards, a fitness center, locker  
rooms and a golf pro shop. 
 
Tennis enthusiasts enjoy the 10 Har-Tru courts and the instructional  
staff at the tennis complex. The Tennis Center plays host to the  
annual USTA Grand Harbor Tennis Classic. 
 
Club membership and Golf and Tennis membership is included with this condo   
so you can make the most of your time here. There are the usual  
minor usage fees. 
 
Grand Harbor is considered by many to be an elegant, spectacular  
resort, offering an exciting lifestyle-some call it the premier  
yacht and country club in Florida. 
 
There are two championship golf courses that are both challenging  
and fun for those at any level. Joe Lee's River Course along the  
Intracoastal Waterway is a par 72, 6,729 yard course with a slope  
rating of 138.  Pete Dye's Harbor Course is a par 71, 6,538 yard  
course with a slope rating of 128. Both are beautiful. 
 
The Private Beach Club on the Atlantic has a large fresh-water pool  
with sun deck and shaded cabanas, or you can get umbrellas and  
chairs and sit on the beach. The restaurant there makes a great  
lunch spot!

Activities and Attractions

Vero Beach is a wonderful place to vacation. It  
is a very safe, attractive small sea-coast city that is  
unpretentiously elegant.  It has a thriving art community, great  
beaches, tennis and golf, not to mention many great restaurants. 
 
Within easy reach are Disneyworld, the Kennedy Space Center, Sea  
World, and Daytona Beach. 
 
Money Magazine has named Vero as one of the "Top Beach Towns", and  
Vero has also been named one of the Best Art Towns in America. 
 
All in all, it is very easy to really like Vero!
