bedroom w/master bath & private deck plus a huge deck out the main  
level for entertaining. Also included is your own lighted private  
basketball court & horse shoe pit, sound system both inside & out.

SUMMER RATES ARE:   BY THE WEEK ONLY, NO ALTERNATE INQUIRIES ACCEPTED, 
THANK YOU. Summer Weeks only for July & August 2009: $850 (cleaning fee included in 
weekly price) 
 
Winter Rates:  $650/ week  $450/weekend  Cleaning Fee $40 
 
Christmas Week or Weekend: $750.00  
New Year's Week:           $750.00  
President's Week:          $750.00   Weekend: $500.00 
 
January or February:  $1200/month Plus Utilities   GREAT DEAL FOR SKIERS EVEN IF YOU JUST

Payment via Paypal(credit card), Cashiers Check, Money Order 
Please ask for extended stay rates. 
Security Deposit Required. $200 WEEKEND $300 WEEK  WITH DOG: $500  ALL REFUNDED AT END OF STAY
