Vacation Rental Description

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath beach house sleeps eight comfortably and has  
a wonderful beach view from the master bedroom and lies one block  
from the ocean. It features a fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer,  
TV, DVD, stereo with surround-sound, bikes, two kayaks, beach  
chairs and more. A wrap-around deck with a palm tree growing  
through, gas grill, screened-in porch and new deck furniture.  
The master bedroom has a private upper deck. The house also features  
a vollyball net in the front yard. It is located only one block from  
the beach, and one block from fabulous dining and spectacular  
sunsets over Breach Inlet. Historic downtown Charleston is 25  
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

conditioning, heating, ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms. Surround  
sound system, TV, DVD/CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with  
electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,  
blender, refrigerator. Washer and dryer and outdoor shower. Bikes  
and beach chairs, kayak.  LINENS: Household linens (sheets, towels, wash cloths, etc.) are not  
provided in the terms of this Agreement.  Linen service may be arranged by contacting Clean & Classy  
Laundromat, Sea Island Shopping Center, Mt. Pleasant, SC, 29464.  ASK FOR DETAILS 

Activities and Attractions

The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood - one block  
from fine dining and the beach. Area activities include swimming,  
surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing and kayaking. Jet ski rentals and  
parasailing are also one block away. Fishing charters, Eco tours and  
boat rentals are available at the Isle of Palms Marina.  
Additionally, two championship golf courses are on the island at  
Wild Dunes along with an excellent tennis facility. Shopping and  
dining activities abound. Historic Downtown Charleston is only 25  
minutes away.

Week stay required. Additional cleaning fee of $200 charged for all  
stays. Refundable security deposit of $1000 charged upon check-in.  
Security deposit will be returned within 10 business days after  
departure if no damage or loss has occurred. 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
A reservation deposit of 10% of the total amount is due at the time  
of booking. Cancellations within four weeks of arrival will forfeit  
the reservation deposit. The rental balance is due one month prior  
to arrival. No refunds given within three weeks of arrival. 
 
Payment can be made by cash or check.
