Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful, spacious condo sits on the bluffs overlooking Lake
Taneycomo. It is located in the Branson Condominium Golf Resort &
Conference Center at Pointe Royale. Pointe Royale is a private, gated,
community centrally located to all Branson attractions and the ideal
place for vacations, reunions, group meetings, etc. Home to many of
Branson's entertainment stars, Pointe Royale is recognized as
Branson's Premier Condominium Golf Resort.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Very small dogs may be allowed (call
first). Our guests enjoy the scenic beauty of the Ozarks at very
economical rates. Snowbirds find a cozy, comfy nest at off season
rates. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen plus 1 sofabed (sleeps
6). There are two full bathrooms, a jetted tub, and 3 cable TVs .

There is an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, guided trophy trout
fishing, lighted tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, hospitality
services for show tickets, and a fitness center.

Vacation Rental Rates
Jan 3rd -February 28th $395/wk 3 NIGHT MINIMUM at $75 per night ($225)
Mar 1st -April 6th $595/week - 3 NIGHT MINIMUM at $95 per night ($285)
April 7th-Jan 2nd - WEEKLY ONLY except last minute (then 3 night
minimum) $795/week + $125 for each additional night, except holidays
(weekly only - $895/week)
Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor Day)
Rates subject to 12.6% Tax
Cleaning Fee: $60 Pet fee: $50/pet (small dogs only - no cats)
