Vacation Rental Description

This two story single family home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking  
the Gulf Coast of Mexico.  The property is beautifully remodeled. 
Secluded, yet close to restaurants and shopping and just a short drive to the beach, this  
house is in a very exclusive location just off of Cornwallis Parkway,  
near Del Prado Blvd. 
 
This wonderfull two story home is great for fun and relaxation.  
It has two huge master berooms each with there own bathrooms and both over looking the ocean. 
One Master is on the second floor that walks you directly to a balcony through sliding glass doors, and the other  
master bedroom is in the lower level which walks you directly to the pool area through sliding glass doors as  
well. The other two bedrooms have queen size bedroom sets and are very cozy as well. the family room has a  
chimney, great for reading, listening to music or palying family games. the living room and dining are very  
spaceous and the kitchen has an breakfast area and a counter as well.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with 3500 sq ft air conditioned. Pool, Lanai with Jen Air grill,  
Patio furniture includes one tables, 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. 
The entertainment room includes a widescreen TV with surround sound 
stereo, DVD, Cable TV. 
 
  Your boat can be kept on the lift at our 40 foot dock. The property can be rented with a 2003 30' Regal

Activities and Attractions

Boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, biking, shopping, swimming,  
walking the beach, enjoying the sunsets, and just relaxing. As for  
fine dining we have over 1500 restaurants in the area. For the kids  
there is Sun Splash Water Park, go-kart track, mini golf, horseback  
riding on the edge of the Everglades and much more. Bush Gardens is just 2 hours by car and Tampa and  
Orlando are 3 to 4 hours by car.
