located on the borderlines of Pacific Beach/Mission Bay/Mission  
Beach. You get to enjoy all three beach areas from this  
property location. 
*******NO PARTIES/NO KEGS/NO NOISE/NO SMOKING/NO PETS************ 
 One of the largest homes in the beach area. Pacific Beach upper  
class neighbor. Everything is just a few steps away. I mean  
everything!!!(beaches, bay, resturants, bars, nightlife, grocery  
store, shopping and etc.)Located 50 yards from the world class  
Catamaran Resort. Catamaran has a excellent top rated spa. Boat,  
jetski rentals available. One of the few houses that actually has a  
beautiful landscape front yard with grass and backyard with plenty  
of patio room with patio furniture. Jacuzzi outside and a jacuzzi  
inside. Skylight throughout the house. One parking space. The house  
is located next to the Catamaran tower in the first picture.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is fully loaded! Nine queen size beds! 
House has computer on-line with high speed cable internet. 
TV's, DVD, VSH, Stereo's 
Kitchen-Fridge/Freezer, Stove/oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, coffee  
maker, pots, pans, everything you need in the kitchen and much more. 
House and everyroom is fully furnished, towels, soap, shampoo and  
etc. 
Outdoor gas BBQ 
Laundry room with washer and dryer. 
*note-Patio and outside Jacuzzi hours are from 9AM-9PM. 
 

Activities and Attractions

Everything you can image!!! Walk 50 yards and rent a jetski, boat,  
sail boat, bicycle, boardwalk, baywalk, surfing, fishing, resturants  
and nightlife everywhere, 24 hour fitness and powerhouse gym,  
tennis, basketball courts, beach volley ball and much, much more  
within a few steps away. 
 
Note: House is located in a very exclusive "quiet zone block" no  
house parties are loudness allowed. Walk across the street and you  
can party on!!!!!!!!! This house has an attached manager living on   
additional square footage add-on in backside of property. Totally  
private from main part of house.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 1st - August 31st $5900 Weekly, 7 Day minimum, $875 per day 
September 1st - Jan 31st $3900 Weekly, 3 Day minimum, $600 per day 
Feb 1st - May 31st $3700 Weekly, 3 day minimum, $550 per day 
Will accept small and large groups. 
 
Holiday Rates: 
Memorial/Easter/Thanksgiving/New Years Day/X-mas $4600 Weekly, 4 Day  
minimum, $700 per day 
 
Labor/Independence Day $6200 Weekly, 4/7 Day minimum, $900 per day 
 
$500 reservation/damage/clean deposit required. Returned in 7 days  
from departure if no damages and clean. No cleaning fee unless  
excessive cleaning is needed. A $100 linen fee required. 
10.5% California tax.
