September 1st - Jan 31st $4400 Weekly, 3 Day minimum, $675 per day
Feb 1st - May 31st $4200 Weekly, 3 day minimum, $625 per day
Will accept small and large groups.
Holiday Rates:
Memorial/Easter/Thanksgiving/New Years Day/X-mas $6400 Weekly, 4 Day
minimum, $950 per day
Labor/Independence Day $6700 Weekly, 4/7 Day minimum, $975 per day
$500 reservation/damage/clean deposit required. Returned in 7 days
from departure if no damages and clean. No cleaning fee unless
excessive cleaning is needed. A $100 linen fee required.
10.5% California tax.
