pots and pans

-Bathroom stocked with paper goods, toiletries, hair dryer, bath and beach towels

-Small appliances include: microwave, coffee pot, espresso pot,
tea maker, toaster, blender

-Sleeps 4 (Queen bed, Queen-pullout couch)

-Complex three-story with elevator

-No smoking in unit

-$200 refundable security deposit for rentals (Booking not held
until deposit received)

-All stays will require a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee

-11% tax added to rates (5% tourist and 6% state)
-no tax on cleaning fee

-Rental fee to be paid in full 30 days before check in unless other
arrangements are made.

-Deposit will be returned after condo is cleaned and checked out
(usually within one week of check out).

-Check in time is 1:00pm

-Check out time is 11:00am

Fishing, swimming or just quiet walks along the beach.  Boating is available just minutes away at to Port Canaveral or in the Indian and Banana Rivers.

Disney and Orlando just 60 minutes from the condo. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are only 20 minutes away.   Three local shopping malls are only 20-30 minutes away.  Shopping malls both north and south of the unit include, Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Movie Theatre and others.

Restaurant and shops with take out and delivery are available in the immediate vicinity

High Season (December - April) $750 per week
Mid Season (May - August) $700 per week
Low Season (Sept - November) $650 per week
