Vacation Rental Description

Come to a tropical home away from home!  With just steps to the 
ocean this private vacation condo is located on the third floor with 
direct ocean views.  Look out your windows and watch the beautiful 
sunrise as you relax in our peaceful retreat.

You will enjoy swimming in the pool or just relaxing on the beach.  
Whatever your pleasure this condo is located just minutes from 
shopping, theaters, Kennedy Space Center and other area 
attractions.  And only just about 60 minutes to Disney and Sea World.

Please absolutely no smoking or pets in the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning, 42" DLP TV with cable, DVD/VCR player in living 
area with 37" TV DVD/VCR in Bedroom.  Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, 
Microwave, Stove, dishes and all utensils.  Unlimited local and long 
distance (United States/Canada) calls included.  Free wireless 
internet access also!  
Washer and dryer available on site and smoking areas outside.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, swimming or just quiet walks along the beach.  Boating is 
available just minutes away at Port Canaveral or in the Indian and 
Banana Rivers.  Watch Shuttle launches from your window!
Disney and Orlando just 60 minutes from the condo.  Kennedy Space 
Center and Port Canaveral are only 20 minutes away.  
Three local shopping malls are only 20-30 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season     (December - April)   $800    per week
                                     
Mid Season      (May - August)       $750    per week
                                     
Low Season      (Sept - November)    $700    per week

There is a one week Minimum Stay Required.
Price includes utilities, cable TV, local and long distance (within 
the United States) phone calls.  Wireless Internet access.
$200 refundable security deposit for weekly rentals.
$500 refundable security deposit for monthly rentals.
All stays will require a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee.
