Toaster Oven, Wine rack and glasses. Hardwood floors thru-out. New 
Broyhill Furniture in comfortable spacious surrounding! Separate 
dining area and oversized living room that includes Cable/HBO on 
Demand,VCR/DVD, Road Runner High Speed Internet for your Laptop 
Computer.
Central Air Conditioning & Electric Baseboard Heat, Ceiling fans in 
all rooms except dining room, room darkening shades in bedrooms to insure a good night 
sleep on your King or Queen size bed. Full size washer/dryer. Gas 
BBQ Grill provided.
PLEASE bring your own linens & towels as they will NOT be provided!!!
NEW FOR 2008!! Beach Dreams Community is now offering a Linen/Towel package at a cost of $50.00 per 
week payable to Beach Dreams Properties.  You must reserve at time of booking to have your package 
available when you check in.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Great Family area with 3 pools and 1 kiddie pool, Hot Tub, separate 
Adult pool area, tennis court, basketball court, large game room in 
the main clubhouse, Friday night movies, gated entrance. This 
cottage is on a private cul-d-sac with a wooded and fenced back yard 
with plenty of parking.
Spend a day at the beach or by the pool or just relax with a good 
book!!!

Beach Dreams is located off of RT. 1 on the Trolley Line between 
Ogunquit and Wells. Minutes from Perkins Cove, Ogunquit, Shopping, 
Great Antique Shopping, Ogunquit Playhouse, Deep Sea Fishing, Whale 
Watching, Sightseeing by Land or by Sea, and Wonderful Restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

First come first serve for this model home so book early!!!
$1200 per week from 6/28/08 - 8/30/08 
$750 per week from 5/10/08 - 6/28/08 and 8/30/08 - 10/11/08
Saturday to Saturday - weekly rentals only
50% of Rental fee plus $200 Security deposit plus $60 Cleaning fee 
required upon reservation, balance plus 7% Bed tax due 14 days 
before your reservation. If not received 14 days before your 
reservation you will forfeit your reserved week and all deposits 
minus $100.00(Cancellation Fee) will be returned.
$200 security deposit is Refundable upon satisfactory check-out.
$50.00 (Refundable) Gate Pass fee will be collected upon arrival at 
the Office.

*2 weeks prior to start date unit owner will refund all deposits 
minus a $50 cancellation fee. 
*Less than 2 weeks prior to start date unit owner will refund all 
deposits minus a $100 cancellation fee. 
Check-in:  Saturday from 2PM - 8PM
Check-out: Saturday 10 AM
