Vacation Rental Description

Newly built in 2003 and furnished with all new cedar and leather 
furniture. The Bungalow is located on top of Warrior 
Mountain offering stunning and extensive views of South Carolina 
Piedmont. This home is made of log with all pine floors and pine 
ceilings and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Located just 6 miles from I-
26 which means shopping and entertainment are minutes away. This is 
truly a one of a kind home that must be visited. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 queen size beds, 2 queen size pull out sofas, all linen and bath 
towels are provided. Bring your own lake towels. 3rd bedroom has a 
large pull out queen size sofa bed equipped with TV/VCR/DVD with 
Satellite. With entry to a private porch. Full kitchen including 
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer. 

Phone w/free local use may also be used w/your phonecard or dial-
around service. Typical game boards, etc included. Exterior has deck 
furniture, an outside small fireplace and a gas grill. Most of road 
to town is paved. We do have central heat and air but at our 
altitude, our fresh mountain air is usually 8-10 degrees cooler than 
the town below!

Activities and Attractions

Tryon has summer and winter theatre; Tryon Arts Center has year 
round activity, and the mountains offer plenty more nearby: Golf, 
Hiking, Waterfalls, Biking, Boating, Fishing, White Water Rafting 
and Tubing on the Green River, Carl Sandburg house, antiqueing. 
Saluda and nearby towns have lots of antique shops and country or 
gourmet restuarants. Find horseback riding in Landrum (FENCE) and 
whole area. The Biltmore Estate in Ashville, and the Cherokee 
Casino, Highlands, and Sapphire, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock are all 
within an hour or less!

Rates: Special Rates for December and January: $125/NITE!

April-November $160 per night  
December-March $130 per night 
Holidays $160 per night
Deposit is equal to one night stay
$70 for Housekeeping fee. 
Taxes: 7% state, 5 % county - Total of 12%
