This comfortable light and bright house, nicely furnished, has a
living room and additional sitting room with a piano. The large eat
in kitchen has a glass-top range with self-cleaning oven,
refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.                                                          The three bedrooms have a King size bed, a Full bed and two Twin beds. The house, on a corner lot, has a very private fenced yard, with a large wooden deck and BBQ for outside enjoyment and entertaining.
It's just a short walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and to wonderful restaurants and pubs and quaint and elegant shops.
Enjoy, with the beaches locals, their favorite restaurants and shops, including Ragtime Tavern, Sliders, Stickyfingers, Sundog Diner, Al's Pizza, Culhanes Irish Pub, Outback, Bonefish, Carrabba's, Roy's and much more.   
Convenient to Mayo Clinic, UF at Shands Hospital, Mayport Naval Base

30 days notice in writing to vacate required for refund of security deposit.  75% of security deposit will be refunded with cancellation, if the house is re-rented for the reserved time period.

2100 to $2500 per month, including utilities , cable TV and high speed internet
